Job Description

We are recruiting for a Customer Support Manager with our well established client in Coventry.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Role of a Customer Support Manager:

  • To lead the Customer Support Team and oversee day-to-day teams operation and performance.
  • Process new, terminated and changes to customer agreements on the contract administration system.
  • To ensure the highest quality customer support to all customers and resolve every issue in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To ensure that all invoices received from suppliers are accurate for value and supply and that these are accurately recorded and paid punctually.
  • General Administration.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
As a Customer Support Manager you will need to have/be: Previous experience of managing and developing a high-performance customer service team. Self-Motivated and proactive. Strong leadership skills and willing to collaborate with others. Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze reports, explain findings and suggest improvements.
