We are recruiting for a Customer Support Manager with our well established client in Coventry.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Role of a Customer Support Manager:
To lead the Customer Support Team and oversee day-to-day teams operation and performance.
Process new, terminated and changes to customer agreements on the contract administration system.
To ensure the highest quality customer support to all customers and resolve every issue in a timely and efficient manner.
To ensure that all invoices received from suppliers are accurate for value and supply and that these are accurately recorded and paid punctually.
General Administration.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
As a Customer Support Manager you will need to have/be: Previous experience of managing and developing a high-performance customer service team. Self-Motivated and proactive. Strong leadership skills and willing to collaborate with others. Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze reports, explain findings and suggest improvements.
