This is initially a temporary contract but could go permanent, working full time Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:00-18:30 (on different shift patterns). During busy times, you may also be asked to work 1 in 3 Saturdays, with a day off during the week.
Due to the Covid19 pandemic, this role is currently home based but is likely to return to the office at some point. Therefore, candidates should be local to Leicester LE19 and able to travel into the office when restrictions are lifted. Training may also be office based.
Key duties will include:
A hybrid role, dealing with both inbound and outbound calls. Making outbound calls to existing customer database, to retain their custom and upsell products in a professional manner. Handling incoming service enquiries via telephone and email. Dealing with customer enquiries for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner. Ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and communicated. Handling customer objections and successfully converting enquiries.
