Job Description

We're now looking for brand new full-time Customer Service Advisors to join us on our journey to reach even more customers. You will be assisting our customers in either place a new order, or answering any general queries they may have. In addition to this you will receive extensive product knowledge training to handle enquiries about our amazing range.

Our ideal candidate should possess the following skills/attributes;

  • A genuine desire to help and interact with our customers!
  • Genuine empathy to customer’ queries to ensure we offer them the best possible solution first time round
  • Flexibility to work 1 in 3 weekends.
  • Top class English language, writing & communication skills.
  • A charming telephone manner.
  • Can-do attitude with a desire and willingness to learn new skills
  • A love for team work…many hands make light work!
  • Previous experience in a customer facing environment.

This is a role that can offer versatility & job variety you’ll be trained to support our customers on all our contact channels.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You’ll need to be able to maintain a calming presence as from time to time you may be taking calls from customers that have already purchased products and have queries such as wrong color/size that have been sent out in error and arranging replacements/returns/refunds where necessary.
