Manage the end to end interim recruitment process, from carrying out vacancy briefings / job shadows to gain a good knowledge of the client’s requirements through to in-depth telephone / face to face interviews to qualify suitability and managing the offer and paperwork process
Pro-actively source a high caliber of candidates from a variety of sources, including profiling, head hunting, CV searching, social media and networking
Ensure that the end to end recruitment process supports a positive experience to our candidates at all times
Ensure we have talent pipelines to meet the future resource requirements of the business
Manage relationships with key business stakeholders, HR Business Partners and candidates within your business area
Attend weekly/monthly meetings with your business areas, so you are kept up to date with future and current recruitment requirements
Work in close conjunction with the onsite team, sharing best practice and ensuring that a consistent approach is adopted
Agree a recruitment process with each recruiting manager in line with contract SLAs
