You will be working within a team of 9 mortgage administrators who look after the caseload produced by a team of 40 mortgage advisors.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally, you will already work as a mortgage administrator or mortgage case manager. Alternatively, you may have some related lending administration skills gained within a banking or lender. Proven strong verbal and written communication skills The ability to manage key relationships both internally and externally Proven ability to prioritise and manage own workload Good attention to detail A logical approach to tasks Able to work independently and as part of a team Enthusiastic, positive mind-set who interacts well with colleagues and is proactive in taking responsibility to complete tasks, the role requires a flexible ‘can do’ attitude Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Word, and Excel)
