Job Description

This role requires:

  • Experience of at least 6 months within a contact Centre environment (ideally inbound) or 12 months within a strong customer service based role
  • People that are passionate about delivering the best customer service
  • People that enjoy problem solving and resolving things for others
  • Experience within either a customer service or complaints handling area
  • A confident and positive manner over the phone
  • A positive mindset
  • Someone that is wanting to develop and build a career

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
It is essential that you have the following: Experience working with Microsoft office – Word, excel, outlook and power point. Strong English language – written, spoken and reading skills. Something to add to a team and the ability to work well as part of one.
