Our client, a very busy Investment Management firm, is seeking a highly organised and efficient Human Resources Administrator to join their HR team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is a team player and who has HR experience within a Professional Service administrative position to join this firm, supporting employees alongside the HR Manager.
This Human Resources Administrator position is a 9-month contract and you must be available to start ASAP. Our client is based in the City of London.
The main responsibilities for this proactive Human Resources Administrator are:
*Assist with recruitment including updating job descriptions, liaising with agencies and providing feedback
*Complete the onboarding process for all new starters including arranging inductions
*Arrange any staff courses, and follow up any actions
*Assist with administration in regards to benefits
*Maintain HR records and produce reports, letters and notices as required
*Ad hoc administrative duties
We are looking for Human Resources Administrators who have:
*A minimum of 3 years administration experience within Professional Services
*Previous HR experience
*Experience within Banking or Financial Services would be advantageous
*Advanced MS Office skills - including Excel
*The ability to work with strong attention to detail
*The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
*The ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload
