The Job
This is a varied role requiring excellent administration skills, which also involves offering an extremely high level of customer service as you will be regularly engaging with residents.
Duties include:
General office management and administration within a luxury residential development.
Assisting in the booking and coordination of contractors.
Liaising with the concierge and security teams to coordinate resident bookings such the moving-in schedule.
Arranging compliance checks both inside apartments and in communal areas.
Responding to any resident enquiries, issues, feedback, or complaints promptly, taking ownership for ensuring they are seen through to conclusion.
Communicating with residents via various channels including newsletters and social media, ensuring they are always well informed.
Assist the management team in planning memorable community events that are well “advertised” to residents.
As an Senior Property Administrator you will have:
Experience working in a luxury residential built environment
Excellent organisation and administration skills
A passion for 5* customer service, with a strong customer-facing background
Great communication skills
Property specific compliance knowledge is advantageous
