Job Description

This is a permanent role, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4.30pm or 8am – 5pm and alternate Saturdays from 8am – 12pm (paid as overtime).

Your main duties would be:

• Serving customers on the trade counter
• Driving sales and working to targets
• Picking stock from the warehouse
• Liaising with customers over the phone and via email
• Building relationships with customers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be liaising with our customers every day, so a background in customer service would be essential for building up a rapport with our clients. You friendly and outgoing approach with your customers will ensure they keep coming back to you time and time again.
