Job Description

Duties include

- To receiving department calls, ensuring urgent messages are actioned immediately and directed to the Construction Manager or Site Manager responsible
- To manage Construction Director/Regional Construction Manager and Construction Managers' diaries/e-mails and calls
- To prepare Construction meetings schedules
- To type all correspondence generated by Construction Director/Regional Construction Manager, Construction Managers and Site Staff namely letters, memos, meeting minutes, specifications, Board Reports, Health & Safety documentation, new site set up notifications
- To maintain attendance records/overtime working records for site personnel
- To maintain holiday records for Construction Managers and site personnel
- To manage and distribute the blue book every month
- To manage/order site stationery supplies
- For new sites: to organise phone connections, provide set up stationery and documentation, signage and necessary paperwork/files, supply of PPE, and maintain supply of stationery and PPE once site established
- To order staff uniforms/clothing
- To maintain updates of Health & Safety Procedures, updating and distribution of site safety notices to all sites
- To organise all staff training, maintaining records and division's training plan
- To provide relief switchboard/reception cover as required and open post
