Job Description

The Administrator will be focusing on a range of administration duties ranging from dealing with initial enquiries through to diary coordination, taking meeting notes and dealing with a range of sub-contractors.

It is envisaged that the successful Administrator will have previous experience working in a construction focused environment, with a broad administration knowledge. The candidate will need to be willing to travel to Malvern daily and will be looking for a long term role.

  • Working for a construction business based in Malvern
  • Completing a range of administration focused duties
  • Office based in Malvern
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (some negotiation if needed)
  • Further duties can be discussed

Construction Administrator Position Remuneration

  • Holiday: 25 days plus BH
  • Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (some flexibility if required)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have previous experience working in a construction business Strong IT / Communication and Administration skills are essential Living within commuting distance of Malvern Willing to be office based and travel to work on a daily basis Must be seeking a long term role Further requirements can be discussed
