We are looking for a Construction Administrator to work at our Head Office in Altrincham. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking with experience in the Construction industry.
Role Responsibilities
Monitoring the site documentation through our project management software, BuilderStorm.
Attend meetings, take minutes and distribute in a timely manner.
Run reports from BuilderStorm and complete thorough compliance checks.
Provide training and ongoing support on BuilderStorm to site teams and sub-contractors.
Collating Health, Safety and Environmental reports, keeping accurate records, identifying trends and producing KPI’s.
Attend the SHEQ Meeting, minute take and support roll out of initiatives.
Produce Site Start up folders accurately and on time.
Attend meetings with the Divisional Director, to discuss essential tasks to support the team.
Provide ongoing support to the site teams encouraging inter-company engagement.
Ad-hoc site visits when required.
General administration, including typing, filing, photocopying, binding, laminating and formatting documents to support your division and administration team.
