Job Description

We are looking for somebody with excellent customer service skills to support our clients and customers throughout our employment screening journey. You will be responsible for conducting a number of the component parts of the employment screening and this could include contacting clients, candidates and referees by telephone and email to gain required information and by making accurate decisions with the assistance of problem solving in order for the correct decisioning to be made.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for somebody who has: Excellent Administration and organization skills. Excellent communication skills via email and phone. Great telephone manger. Always seeking to improve themselves and the processes they are involved in. Team player.
