Job Description

Key responsibilities:
- You will be working within fast paced and growing technical teams
- Looking after the CCTV Operations throughout the business
- Stock allocation and management of equipment work £1 million
- Receive orders via email and phone and place supplier orders
- Liaise with site and contract managers that require CCTV equipment and organise daily
- Chase any outstanding CCTV reports
- Manage supplier accounts and ensure equipment is being sent out on time so no works are delayed
- Handling any incoming calls and queries from managers that want to access information
- Work closely with the Technical team to ensure processes are working efficiently
- Managing inhouse supplier database and pricing
First stage interviews will be held via Teams, second stage will be face to face
