This is a administration role to support a busy department.
You will be responsible for:
Booking appointments for repairs and maintenance
Updating customer records
Sending out customer correspondence
Managing a team inbox
Answering all incoming and outbound queries
Arranging for trades people to go to occupied tenant housing
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to work under pressure with a large workload Excellent written and verbal customer service Experience of coordinating others work loads Administration skills on programmes such as MS Outlook and Excel
