You will be assisting on an administration level with developing, creating, documenting and researching all aspects of the wayleave processes.
You will need to have fantastic communication skills and telephone manner as you will be liaising with councils and highway authorities.
Key Duties:
* Developing the wayleave department, policies and processes
* Answer calls from landowners with questions and queries
* Make appointments with landowners, councils and advisors etc
* Attend meetings with the construction and wayleaves teams
* Searching and compiling information and putting them in to work packs
* Compile monthly statistics
This role requires an individual who thrives in a multi-tasking environment and is an advanced Microsoft Office user.
