Job Description

• Train and develop in accordance with your skills training matrix and the needs of the business

• Ensure that you perform your job in line with all risk assessments within your work area or other areas where you are required to work

• Work efficiently and in line with the requests of your team leader and supervisor

• Ensure daily plans and deadlines are met to delight customers with customer service levels.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, systems of work and standard operating procedures.

• General factory floor and individual areas housekeeping is maintained at the required standard through application of 5’s practice

• Communicate respectfully and effectively at all levels within the organization.

• Ensure all outputs are to the required quality standards.

• Ensure risk assessments are carried out and kept up to date.

• Ensure all accidents and near misses are punctually reported to your supervisor and or team leader

• Maintain levels of personal competence

• Champion continual improvement activity and act as a change agent throughout the organization.

• Maintain a flexible approach to operations

• Transfer the knowledge and skills among the team (others) as and when required• Undertake any other duties that may be requiredas and when required
