Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join an enthusiastic team supporting the Business Development department in our Central Services Sector.

Client focused and quality driven, we are a leading provider of testing, inspection and compliance services throughout the UK. Now we need an Internal Sales Executive to deliver excellent customer service and help drive business development.

Your challenge will include:

  • Professionally manage inbound enquiries via telephone and email
  • Collate and maintain master contact information for all internal departments
  • Provide cover for main head office reception as required
  • Undertake outbound telemarketing campaigns when required to support business development

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re looking for a professional, dynamic and motivated individual with ability to work alone and as part of a team. Communicative, organized, flexible and committed and you must have a can-do attitude. You must also have: Excellent telephone manner. Good verbal and written skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders throughout the business. Adaptable and able to multi-task.
