Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with managing and co-ordinate the successful completion of EVL Electrical (Fire, security and data) jobs and store relevant paperwork.
Manage engineer calls on a daily basis, including rescheduling of failed appointments etc
Ensure accurate job completion on company CRM.
Assisting M&E department with daily admin including CASH OnCall Forms.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent admin skills and ability to use CASH CRM system. Ability to coordinate and manage scheduled work, within agreed timescales. Previous experience in the Fire and Security Industry, or construction background.
