The job role will include:
- Supporting all departments with admin duties where necessary
- The Registration, printing and issuing of drawings
- Helping in the Plant department
- Fleet management (services & MOT's)
- Tying invoices to orders/price agreements
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Coding invoices
- Receiving and recording POD's from sites
