This is a hands on administration role and they require a focused, hard working Administrator who has experience working in a fast-paced office environment and is able to remain calm under pressure.
A bit about the Administrator role:
Placing orders
Diary management
Approving invoices
Project and track budgets
Spreadsheet management
Prepare purchase orders
Preparation of all contract documents
Assisting with presentations
General administration tasks including ordering stationery, booking couriers, front of house duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
They are looking for someone with excellent organisation skills, a team player, has a good aptitude for numbers, can take initiative to resolve issues when they arise and is analytical. Previous administration experience is essential for this role, ideally from a bid coordination/construction background.
