Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Sales Advisor and you must be used to selling and upselling to work for a very successful company to work in Leicester as part of an existing team working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm this will be a very varied role
As the Customer Service Sales Advisor you'll be expected to present and sell company products over the phone to existing customers and to help the company grow by helping to bring in new customers and developing business with existing ones.

As the Customer Service Sales Advisor your duties will include:

  • Contacting new and existing customers to inform them about company products and identifying selling opportunities
  • Managing portfolio of existing customers
  • Introducing new products to customers
  • Ask appropriate questions to understand customer requirements.
  • Work diligently to hit sales call targets and other targets.
  • Assist with the company growth by providing leads and making appointments, which lead to sales activity.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Report monthly to the Team Manager / MD

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in the role of Customer Service Sales Advisor we are looking for the following: Proven track record in sales. Used to working to call targets. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to potential customers. Outstanding communication skills. Brilliant time management skills. Good IT skills - fully competent in Microsoft office. Fantastic negotiation and persuasion skills and have the ability to win new business.
