Key responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Negotiator:

  • Working on site, ensure meet and greet procedures are maintained following health and safety Covid procedures at all times
  • Liaise with clients in a polite, professional and respectful manner
  • Handle all enquiries passed over from our branches, whilst working with them to gain interest and sales
  • Highlight sales and marketing recommendations
  • Undertake competitor reports so we are aware of what is being sold by other developers
  • Ensure all customers are immediately notified of any newly available properties that may be suitable
  • Attend to all administrative duties on receipt of an acceptable offer ensuring the reservation is actively progressed to completion
  • Encourage all customers to take advantage of all services provided by Connells and its subsidiaries
  • Build a rapport with site to run a smooth and successful operation
  • Report weekly and monthly figures to the sales managers to report back to the developers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have sales and face to face customer services experience. Well-presented and aware of the Connells corporate image. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work accurately whilst under pressure in a target orientated environment. Be computer literate with a working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. A team player with excellent organizational skills. Will be required to drive and have own vehicle available for business.
