Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Coventry sales team selling new Ford vehicles with a wide range of finance and insurance products.
Working in a retail sales environment can be very challenging as well as very rewarding. 
You don’t need to be from the motor industry. However, strong resilience is a given and sales experience would be advantageous.
What you absolutely need is unlimited confidence, drive, energy, talent, character and attitude. You will be well presented with the desire, character and attitude to succeed. You will have the ability to quickly establish and build rapport. You will also possess a clean driving license and either be FCA approved or willing to be trained.
