Job Description

As an Administrator it is essential that you have proven experience in providing administrative support to a busy team.  A confident communicator, you will be self-motivated, highly organised and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep calm under pressure.
 As a general Administrator, you will also have experience with the following:

Key Responsibilities and duties
The primary role of the Part Time Administrator is to provide Administrative led support to the team.  The key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and managing information on Excel databases
  • Answering telephones and taking messages
  • Responsible for general administration related tasks including collecting post, binding, shredding & printing
  • Issuing quotations
  • Generating reports & documents
  • Following up on quotations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Office experience is essential, ideally within the construction industry but this is not essential Excellent IT Skills, in particular Excel Excellent telephone manner Strong attention to detail
