Our client, an independent leading, innovative and modern thinking Estate Agency, are currently offering such an opportunity to two experienced property professionals in the North Nottingham area. They are currently looking for two individuals to join one of their north Nottingham branches as a Sales Negotiator.

This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be an integral part of a growing company and successful team.

Key duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Greeting buyers & vendors
• Registering customers
• Matching requirements & arranging viewings
• Calling out new properties
• Valuation generation
• Negotiating offers
• Accompanied Viewings

In return, our client can offer:

• Basic salary of up to £20,000
• £30,000+ OTE

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be considered for the role of Sales Negotiator you must have the following attributes: At least 12 months property industry experience - ideally working as a Sales Negotiator. Local knowledge of the property market. Ability to work as part of a wider team, as well as, individually. Ambitious. Driven to hit and exceed given targets. Strong communication skills; both written and verbal. Good customer service skills. Organized.
