Job Description

You will list and record all properties within a particular area on a smartphone, knock on doors, and encourage residents to complete a doorstep interview with you.

Some people will have concerns about completing the questionnaire. That’s where your excellent communication or customer service skills will come in. You will reassure these people, and make repeated visits to addresses as necessary until you get a response.

This is an independent role. You will be out and about in a designated area and working to your own schedule, within set guidelines. You will have the support of a team leader, who will help you settle into your role, and provide support and assistance as and when you need it.
