Job Description

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be assisting with their orders, enquires and complaints whilst providing high quality customer service to our client's customers.

The working ours for this role is Monday to Friday 8.30 -17.00

This will be a remote working role following a week of in office training.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The requirements for this role are as follows:- Customer Service experience. Good IT skills. Experience using Zen Desk. Excellent writing skills. Some experience in processing online reviews. Excellent timekeeping. Willing to work flexibly. Quick to adapt to a new organization/workflow. You will be, articulate, Organized, Accurate (record keeping and reporting), Proactive in resolving customer issues and able to build rapport with customers
