Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individual, keen to deliver admin within our busy Customer Service team to support the delivery of all Melton Borough Council services to some of our most vulnerable residents.
Duties include being the outward face of the council to visitors and residents from our main reception, post sorting and handling, assisting customers with queries in person, on the telephone and online.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The post will also require strong computer skills, enabling the printing, scanning and completion of tasks on the computer.
