Job Description

First and foremost, your customers will be a big deal to you and you'll be confident in speaking to them over the phone.
It's really satisfying when you're able to turn a tricky situation into a positive end result for a customer.
We need you to be flexible to work shifts between 10am-6pm
You will need to be available to attend FULL TIME training Monday - Friday


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally you'll have previous telephone based customer service experience, but if you've worked in retail or hospitality, or in any customer-facing job, that works for us too!
