Job Description

Repairs Supervisor Job Role:

* Oversee internal trades team and specialist external contractors undertaking repairs to the Housing stock
* Accountable for all H&S on site
* Ensure quality of service and repairs undertaken are to the required standard
* Monitor and ensure van stocks/supplies are maintained to business requirements
* Interact with residents, scheme managers & housing officers ensuring satisfaction of service is achieved

Job Requirements:

* Trade qualification to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 and at least two years experience with good all-round knowledge of maintenance / construction
* Experience of supervising trades people or contractors within a similar environment
* Experience of dealing with performance and productivity of teams and individuals

Full clean driving license required
