Job Description
  • Answering Incoming Calls
  • Process admin & data for the sales team
  • Supporting with enquiries for all teams
  • Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail
  • Conducting follow up calls
  • Generating paperwork for production requests and delivery notes
  • Booking in purchase orders / goods received
  • Any Ad Hoc enquiries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bubbly, outgoing personality. Self-Motivated and self-efficient. Excellent telephone manner. Strong diary and time management skills. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skillset. Excel Experience. Minimum of 2 years administration/ customer services experience within a fast paced environment. Sage experience preferred not essential.
