Job Description

We are looking for a bright, personable and analytical graduate to join our client's account management team as a Customer Support Administrator.

Managing your own work load you will need to be a highly organized individual and will be responsible for ensuring the client is happy from running initial training sessions to supporting with any queries or issues to taking client feedback and communicating with your wider team to make sure you continuously improve together as a company.

You don't need account management experience to apply for this position, but you do need heaps of enthusiasm, a mountain of common sense and great communication skills.

Duties include:

  • Speaking to existing clients, problem solving and answering complex questions
  • Hosting engaging and informative training sessions with new and existing customers
  • Responding quickly to queries as the key point of contact for our online chat service
  • Managing multiple queries and requests at once
  • Spotting opportunities for our Account Managers to up-sell or cross-sell

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You need to be: Educated to University level, min of 2:1. Confident at dealing with customers and giving them the very best customer journey. Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing. Extremely organized and able to multitask.
