Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous experience in a toolmaker role within a manufacturing or precision engineering environment. Experience measuring dimensions of and weigh parts to ensure parts meet specifications, using micrometres and balance scales. Must be able to develop tools, moulds, jigs and fixtures. Have knowledge of materials, machining and assembly method.
