As the Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for
Sourcing non-standard products and liaising with suppliers
Agreeing special prices with suppliers
Generating quotations and proposals
Following up quotations and proposals
Managing CRM data
Supporting other teams within the business as required
In return as the Customer Service Advisor you will work office hours Monday - Friday and be offered an attractive salary.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The role will be responsible for handling incoming technical enquiries, identifying the required solution and responding back to their customers to meet their needs and requirements. You will ideally have experience in a similar role.
