Job Description
  • Maintain a well-stocked and tidy Trade Counter
  • Serve customers on the Trade Counter with a polite and professional approach
  • Input customer orders on the computer system
  • Answer the phone and help customers with queries
  • Check stock availability and assist with stock checks
  • Process returns for customers
  • Housekeeping of the Trade Counter
  • Manage promotions and point of sale materials

Salary £22,000-£25,000 depending on experience, bonus, 28 days holiday including Public Holidays, company pension.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience working on a Trade Counter in a retail or customer service role would be an advantage. Confident, positive can-do attitude. Excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be a team player, have a helpful attitude with a polite and friendly approach. Well organized with the ability to multitask and work under pressure at times. Have previous face to face customer service experience. Be IT Literate.
