In an environment where delivering excellent customer service and supporting your customers in finding the ideal product & package they are looking for, this is a real consultative role. You’ll be expected to be on hand to answer your customer’s questions but to also ask good open questions in order to make suggestions and recommendations. Listening to your customers’ needs and wants is key in ensuring your customer leaves happy and comes back to see you again.
If you’re pushy in your approach this is not for you, whilst there are targets to be achieved, we support our teams in being able to achieve their targets by giving them excellent sales and product training.
In the ever changing world of technology you’ll be working with the latest products that bring customers to us, you’ll be on hand to talk them through the various options, feature and benefits and why the product is perfect for them.
Customer retention is also a big part of the role, our customers will often visit us to renew their agreement with us or look to exchange what they have for the latest models and so there is real variation in the role.
This isn’t purely a mobile telecoms environment though, we also offer a selection of other products and services that our customers will want to talk to you about, this will bring diversity to the role.
