You will be liaising with the general public and scheduling engineers out to jobs ensuring everything is logged onto their internal system.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls
Dealing with any enquirers from clients
Organization with engineers for the jobs
Scheduling engineers diary's on a day to day basis
Logging issues onto the internal CRM system
Informing clients of any changes to their account
Working an enquiry from beginning to end
The client offers onsite parking and within local proximity to local amenities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with customers and also have good administration & communication skills. You must be able to handle difficult situations and use your own initiative.
