Job Description

This role requires someone with first class customer service skills, dealing with daily customer enquiries and resolving queries. We are looking for a passionate loyal individual with proven experience in a similar role.

Sales Support Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Delivering customer service excellence and exceeding expectations
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed by taking ownership of own workload
  • Achieving all set KPI’s
  • Priorities tasks to ensure effective workload management
  • Placing customers order ensuring the customer is kept up to date with the progression of their order
  • Working closely with the Sales Manager ensuring efficient communication to ensure customers need are exceeded
