Sales Support Administrator Responsibilities:
Delivering customer service excellence and exceeding expectations
Ensuring all tasks are completed by taking ownership of own workload
Achieving all set KPI’s
Priorities tasks to ensure effective workload management
Placing customers order ensuring the customer is kept up to date with the progression of their order
Working closely with the Sales Manager ensuring efficient communication to ensure customers need are exceeded
