Job Description

-Always be a positive brand representative

-Responsible for processing sales via telephone or email

-Responsible for the completion of online orders following internal processes.

-Capture Customer feedback about products and report any manufacturing defects to the Team Leader following the fault reporting process.

-Liaise with couriers where necessary to ensure successful delivery of our goods.

-Respond to product-related questions from Customers.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Previous experience in Call Centre/ Customer service environment is desirable -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Professional and flexible -Able to work as part of a team supporting colleagues and promoting excellent team spirit -Able to adapt and deal with changing demands -Ability to work flexible shift patterns
