Provide comprehensive support to the Manager to ensure each project runs smoothly and is compliant
Ensure all documentation for each project is completed accurately, on time and in line with audit requirements
Verifying all paperwork and qualifications are authentic and in date
Completing all relevant information packs relating to the project
Speaking to workforce and confirming all relevant details
Ensuring all internal systems / spreadsheets are kept up to date
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent co-ordination skills with the ability to multi-task and work to every changing priorities A construction/transport/engineering background would be preferred Good MS Office skills - Word / Excel / Powerpoint A high attention to detail Must be proactive with the ability to pre-empt issues
