Job Description

Key Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Manager to ensure each project runs smoothly and is compliant
  • Ensure all documentation for each project is completed accurately, on time and in line with audit requirements
  • Verifying all paperwork and qualifications are authentic and in date
  • Completing all relevant information packs relating to the project
  • Speaking to workforce and confirming all relevant details
  • Ensuring all internal systems / spreadsheets are kept up to date

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent co-ordination skills with the ability to multi-task and work to every changing priorities A construction/transport/engineering background would be preferred Good MS Office skills - Word / Excel / Powerpoint A high attention to detail Must be proactive with the ability to pre-empt issues
