Job Description

As the National Sales Assistant within Direct Hire you will provide support to branch trading and national accounts for all of their Hire needs. Don’t worry if you don’t have any existing experience of Tool Hire, we will put you through our internal Hire It Programme that will provide you with all of the skills and knowledge you need to excel within this role.
Drawing upon your existing sales experience, you will take responsibility for the creation of tenders, allocating the right pricing levels, which will support the team to win national account contracts. You will also produce Hire quotes and orders across our national and regional customer base.
To update the business on the success of the Direct Hire team, there will be some responsibility for creating and running reports to share with the leadership team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful within this role, you will bring with you proven experience within a sales focused position. You’ll be highly organized and have great attention to detail, using your existing skill set to easily manage competing priorities. We’re looking for individuals with a natural affinity for relationship building, whether that’s with customers, colleagues or leadership teams. Wed also love for someone who can make their mark on the team and strive for continuous improvement in the way that we do things.
