With regular contact with our customers, you must provide a high standard of service at all times. You will need to demonstrate confidence and professionalism on the telephone and through other communication mediums to meet the high expectations of our customers both internal and external.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The skills/expertise we are looking for: Proficient use of Microsoft Packages, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Proven customer service experience. Excellent administration skills. Demonstrable organization skills. Minimum of Level 4 or above in Math and English at GCSE.
