Job Description

Ideally you will have experience of working in a busy and fast paced administrative environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the confidence to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels, we're looking for someone with a great customer service background!

With a focus on providing exceptional levels of customer service at all times, you must be computer literate with outstanding attention to detail. You will also be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively under pressure in order to meet deadlines and manage customer expectation.

This role is pivotal to the success of the business. Our Sales team work closely with our Fleet team and vice versa

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong administrative and organizational ability with a diligent approach and high level of duty of care. Comprehensive skills specifically in Microsoft Office Excel and Word Proven capacity to develop contingency plans & manage the unexpected to the best outcome. Working with suppliers. You will need to be very adaptable. Loading details onto our internal system.
