Operations & Logistics Administrator
Job Description
They are looking to expand their team with a new member of staff within their office.
Role Responsibilities;
- Maintaining contact with existing customers, monitoring trading levels and making sure they receive the highest level of customer service.
- Raising invoices for clients
- Managing production schedules for the team/equipment that is going to a shoot, ensuring the jobs run as smooth as possible
- Preparing quotes in line with the agreed pricing strategy for clients
- General admin duties as required
Role Requirements;
- High level of customer service (2 years experience minimum)
- Good IT Skills (Excel is used regularly as well as an in house system)
- Attention to detail
- Experience within a logistics/operational office is preferred
- Full UKs driver licence
- Must have own vehicle
This position will be 40 hours; MON – FRI (10am-7pm)
