Job Description

Our client is a leading wholesale distributor who is looking for someone on a temp to perm. 

What you will be doing;

- Working with supplier invoices

- Posting invoices

- Working with two systems - Microsoft Navision & Equinox

- Managing recieving tasks

- Signing, scanning, archiving CMR documentation and invoices

- Office management

- Inbound and outbound calls

- General office duties, filing. 

- Coordinating business and travel arrangements when neccesary

- Project support within the team.

They are looking for someone that has worked in a similar industry and have knowledge in admin reciever.
