Job Description

We can support and administer the statutory Right to Buy (RTB) scheme and other relevant Home Ownership initiatives. My client is looking for a highly experienced Admin Officer to support the Councils Lettings. Experience in an estate agents, local authority or housing association is desirable for this position.

What we a looking for from you:

  • Experience administrating the Property Sales Team by supporting home ownership schemes such as Right to Buy (RTB), Shared Ownership (SO), Shared Equity (SE) and Rent to Mortgage (RTM).
  • Liaising with applicants regarding completing relevant paperwork
  • Experience monitoring and updating applicants' records ensuring relevant statutory standards are met
  • Provide a strong administrative support service to the Property team

If you have previous experience in these areas and keen to develop your knowledge further this is a perfect team for you. Management that are willing to help all case managers be the best they can possibly along with a strong hour rate.
