They ensure that their clients are legally compliant with the the latest fire safety standards. Their client base covers health care, education, construction, and property management companies.
This role is reporting to the Project Manager.
You will be:
Tracking project progress against set milestones
Liaising with and updating project stakeholders
Assisting the Project Managers create a programme of works using MS Project
Overseeing 2 Project Administrators
Maintaining the risk, issues and daily logs
Ensuring the projects meets the required compliance standards
Assisting Project Managers with procurement of labour, contractors, equipment and materials
Tracking the project budget v expenditure
Producing ad hoc reports for the Project Manager
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have worked in a project environment as a Senior Project Administrator/ Assistant for at least 3 years Be familiar with project methodologies Ideally have had some experience/ exposure to contract admin, but this isn't totally essential Be confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels Have worked with project tools MS Projects and Procore Be approachable, professional and with good attention to detail This role will really suite someone wanting longer term career progression as the company is growing
